Step 1

K will start with the ball. She was pass to Cy, and Ad will move forwards. Ch will also move forwards.

Step 2

Cy will pass the ball to Ch, and Ad moves forward to a possible shooting area. K & Cy will also move forwards incase of a block. Ak and R will now level with each other as Mid-Defense as an extra backup plan

Step 3

Ch is in possession of the ball, Ad must be in position.

Step 4

Ad will attempt to shoot.

Step 5

BLOCK! be ready to intercept the pass. Cy, distract the recipient.

Step 6

K should be ready to intercept, Cy will distract passer, or in this case, no.1.

Step 7

Intercept! Shooting position for K!

SHOOT!!! POINT FOR US!
