Step 1

Blue is on Offense. Number 1 will set a stack but the 4 other players will stay at the back of the endzone. Giving number 1 lots of space.

Step 2

Number 1 will cut in one direction at full sprint.

Step 3

Once the defender is chasing after them, they will reverse direction creating a separation to catch the frisbee

Step 4

If the Disk is on the Side line number 1 in the stack will not cut instead the bail handler will stutter step then run as fast as they can at a 45 degree angle into the endzone.

Step 5

If they are open the Handler will throw the disk but if not the bail will reverse direction then run back to where they were and regain the frisbee at mid field.

Step 6

Then number 1 will run away from the Handler and get frisbee in the endzone

Step 7
