  1. Step 1

    To start, mark is flat shading slightly flick (10-20 degrees). Off handler defenders are responsible for stopping big upfield throws to sideline (wall). Next three (here shown as 2, 3, 4) are stopping easy over the tops and filling gaps between wall. This will force the offense to swing the disc.

  2. Step 2

    On swing to the breakside, first three stay as wall. Second three still are filling gaps and stopping over the tops.

  3. Step 3

    swing back to middle, assume original position

  4. Step 4

    Swing to force side: TRAP! Mark goes no around (90-135 degrees). Break side wall (here #5) plays person defense against main reset. Middle defender takes away inside lane. Far side defender (here #2) bites to get D on long swings. This is where we are trying to generate turns. If the trap is broken, call immediate fire.
