LB,RB and CM work together to push the ball higher up the field.F9 looks for gaps in the opponents defence and positions themselves there.

Step 3

Once frisbee has been pushed to about the center line, CM drops back and fills the role of a CDM. RB and LB link up with the F9 and keep pushing up

Step 4

LB,F9 and RB work together to continue pushing the ball up the field. ST roams around near the endzone, to quickly be able to score when a chance presents itself

Step 5

Continue slowly pushing up

Step 6

ST, and one other player push into the endzone, to provide multiple options to score. Now score
