Initial zone setup with 2 chasers, 3 on the wall (two corners and one mid) and 2 deeps. The goal is to force the throws towards the middle.
The wall is responsible for blocking any downfield throws and should be 10-15 yards away from the disc. Any cutters (or handlers in some cases) trying to crash the box is prime responsibility of the mid (4). The two corners of the box (3 and 5) can help out as needed but their prime responsibility is to cut off throws to the outside. If the corners collapse in too much we'll get broken wide. Corners can face guard the downfield cutters but need to maintain the shape of the box at all times.
Reset
The force side chaser is responsible for shutting down the force side swing. Maintain the shape of the box whenever possible. Do not follow the force side handler too far into the box because it will leave us vulnerable to wide swings. Do not follow the force side handler too far backfield for the same reason.
Reset
The chaser who is marking is responsible for not allowing any breaks. Shade your mark toward the inside throw but rely on the breakside corner (3) to help protect that space. The only breakside throw the mark should allow is one that pushes the opponent back 5-10 yards. The breakside corner is responsible for blocking the continuation throw while the mark gets back into position.
Reset
The force side corner (5) is responsible for stopping the continuation throw if a swing occurs to the force side.
