The offensive team tries to score in a small box (5x5) inside of a larger box (20x20 or 30x30).

Step 3

Once there has been a goal, the scoring team drops the disc, and the opposite team must clear the disc outside of the larger box

Step 4

The game continues for the predetermined amount of time.
