Step 3

HYBRIDS- the first step for this play is to fake an upline cut, cut diagonally towards and behind the disc to get the defense to think you are going back for a reset/ cutting up line. While this is happening the cutters on the openside slash across the field just like how they regularly would in their normal ho flo. The two cutters on the break side STAY IN THE SAME PLACE THE WHOLE PLAY.

Step 4

At this point our Hybrid, using their defenders momentum against them, then cuts in the opposite direction and explodes deep. Make sure if you are the hybrid you are running UP THE SIDELINE, to avoid a pick.

Step 5

In this step another play called SAILBOAT is shown- Sailboat is essentially Ho flo, however in this case the under cutter on the break side is our primary handler and one of our cutters is in the handler space. In this case the secondary handler has the disc in the middle and a horizontal stack is set up

Step 6

In SAILBOAT the two openside cutters slash across as they would in ho flo and simultaneously our primary handler (who is the inside cutter on the break side) makes a cut diagonally deep and towards the middle of the field. While this is happening the deep cutter on the break side brings his player towards the disc to set up the deep cut that is coming next.

Step 7

The primary handler then cuts under to get the disc from the secondary and at this point the deep cutter stops bringing his defender under, cuts in the opposite direction and uses their defenders momentum against them when the explode deep.

Step 8

Our primary Handler throws it to our deep cutter (hopefully for a goal) :)
