The shape needs to fold around the new thrower and how this occurs can depend on where the defense is, but assuming no obvious advantage is given, we would look to push the wing nearest to the side-line downfield to continue being a wing point.

And the back field point nearest to the centre downfield on the oposite side

The other back field switches side, but stays as the other back, and everyone else just pushes downfield. except for one player who can fill the hat, which could be either deep or the centre-side wing point. In this case I have the wing filling.

same thing again. this time on the other side.

but this time the deep came into the hat space.
