Step by step 6 steps
  1. Step 1

This is one way we can maintain shape as we move around the field. In this example, two players are dribbling it down the middle of the field. This is the easiest example because everyone simple moves together as a hexagon.

  2. Step 2

The shape will slightly deform because the two dribblers are close to each other and depending on where they are there might be confusion as to if someone should fill the hat space, and if this case if the dribble is through the middle I would say no.

  3. Step 3

    And it just keeps going.

  4. Step 4

For as long as the two are in the middle. The other back who isn't directly a part of the dribble, can hold either back shape point, ideally choosing the other side to the dribble, but if the dribble is right in the middle it doesn't matter much.

  5. Step 5

This is just to give you an idea of what should happen in one scenario, please remember that there are an incredible number of possible scenarios and a single point can go through a huge number of different scenarios, I want everyone thinking about how they can maintain shape, and space, and assist the flow of the disc.
