Step 1

3 handlers set up the "L" formation (1=center handler; 2 equals open side dump; 3=1 in the stack)

Step 2

1 throws to open side dump and then cuts upline; 2 fakes the upline throw to 1; 3 fills the spot of center handler

Step 3

After cutting upline, 1 does a seven across the field; 2 centers the disc and moves to the 1st in the stack; 3 eventually swings the disc to one

Step 4

3 swings the disc to 1 then resets as the center handler

Step 5

1 fakes the throw to 3 cutting upline; 2 fills into the center handler; 1 swings 2

Step 6

After cutting upline, 3 does a seven across the field; 1 centers the disc and moves to the 1st in the stack; 2 eventually swings the disc to 3

Step 7

3 fakes the throw to 2 cutting upline; 1 fills into the center handler; 3 centers to 1

Step 8

After cutting upline, 3 does a seven across the field; 3 centers the disc and moves to the 1st in the stack; 1 eventually swings the disc to 2

Step 9
