There are 2 variations, and I'll start with the one where 3 handlers are back.
As the pull comes down the field, the 4 cutters set up near the sidelines and the 3 handlers set up as they normally would.
The disc either starts with the handler in the middle or is centered.
Play initiates with the breakside handler making a cut behind the main handler and the 1 on the breakside cutting into the center of the field.
The first cut clears deep while the second comes under for a break throw.
If in the right position, the cutter looks for a deep shot, otherwise the offense breaks into a typical H Stack offense.
With 2 handlers back and 5 cutters, 3 cutters set up on the breakside.
The first 2 cutters cut into the open space, leaving room for the 3rd to come under.
Once again, look for a deep shot.
