If you are on the sideline and the openside dump is free (due to a poach or face marking defender)

Step 2

The handler should swing to centralise the disk to the dump immediately.

Step 3

Number 1 in the stack cuts openside to hopefully receive the continuation

Step 4

If the defender is too close to the dump. The handler fakes (and shouts NO) to engage the dump.

Step 5

The dump who cuts up the line (possible on a slight angle) and receives the throw while front of the stack fills.

Step 6

If the up the line cut is covered.

Step 7

The thrower can then hit the fill in the openside space.

Step 8

The up the line cut returns to the stack. It then becomes a breakside dump set situation
