Step 1

this is for defense against handler centered offenses where the disc is on the high side of the field and offense is set up in a vert stack but this can also be used against hoe

Step 2

dump gets up straight back from the disc and H1 then begins to initiate a swing cut across the field for positive yards

Step 3

to stop the swing D2 rolls onto H1 and D1 then goes to mark H2

Step 4

then if the same thing happens and H1 gets open in the dump space and gets the disc the same movement from the defense should occur

Step 5

lets say they hit break again from H3 and the disc sets up back on the high side we can run it back

rinse repeat from before
