Step 1

Setup with 3 handlers and 4 cutters 10-15m down the field from the disc.

Step 2

The active cutters are the two who are closest to the disc - in this case 2 and 3. If it's unclear, the middle two cutters should be the default.

Step 3

The cutter on the open side will decide the first movement - either towards or away from the disc. The other active cutter will do the opposite cut. The aim is to work together to cut in a roughly diamond shape.

Step 4

If the second active cutter coming under doesn't work, reset the disc and try again.

Step 5

Once one of the active cutters receives the disc, the other provides a continuation cut. The non-active cutters should look for opportunities to give continuation cuts now as well.

Step 6

Once the disc is advanced past halfway, return to a vertical stack, or end zone play if close enough.

Step 7
