BREAK SIDE DUMP. Setup in line with the handler.
Cut towards the open side. Once you reach somewhere around the 45 degree mark, decide whether you'll continue down the line, or come back.
If you've gotten ahead of your defender, continue down the line and look for the next pass in power position.
Make the most of the power position with a continuation cut.
If your defender has that covered, cut back and away from the handler for a break throw.
As the disc is caught immediately look for a continuation pass on the break side.
Which will come from the front of stack. Keep attack the break side with further cuts until the defence catches up.
OPEN SIDE DUMP. Setup 45 degrees back from the handler.
First option is to get the pass up the line.
Second option is to go behind the handler for a short pass.
The handler should wait until the dump is close enough that their momentum will carry them to the break side.
If the open side dump mark is setup in the lane and leaving the dump wide open, consider doing a give-go move.
Throw the disc directly the dump.
Use the momentum of the throw to stay ahead of the defender and immediately cut open side for another pass
