Step 1

Set up as shown. Have a distance of 10-15m from the handlers/disc.

Step 2

Play will always be focused on the middle. Assuming it's a force forehand, 6 will try deep for an option. 5 will prepare to set up their cut to go for the open space that has been created. Handler options: - Deep to 6 - Under to 5

Step 3

When 5 has the disc, 6 will start to turn around for the continuation under. Meanwhile, 4 and 7 are pushing deeper, with 4 making a cut deep. Throwing options: - Deep to 4 - Under to 6

Step 4

When 6 has the disc, 7 will now attempt to go deep. When it's no longer an option, turn around and come for the under.

Step 5

5 will start clearing to the side of the field they're currently on and push deep. (if you get the disc on the right side, you clear to the right side)

Step 6

Throwing options: - Deep to 7 - Pump fake and under to 7.

Step 7

Repeat process: Cutter on the other side will go deep, then under. The cutter that just threw the disc will clear to the same side and push deep to set up the continuation stack.
