Blue is offence, Red Defence. Backhand is being forced, and the team has committed to "no unders."
R1 steps off B1 in order to make sure a downfield break is not let out. Blue cutters initiate cuts R7 is power position and is the initial deep threat.
B7 makes a big under cut from the looked-off deep strike. R7 is responsible for letting off this big gainer (this would be about a quarter of the field).
B7 flips it to B2, one of Blue's three handlers, right after the catch.
Despite the gain, the point is still contested. Blue's goal now is to get the disc off the force sideline. Red's job is to deny this to them.
At stall 5, the mark rotates to prevent a dump into the backfield. R1 now commits to not letting B1 get the disc downfield (towards the top of the screen here).
R1 gets beat to the open sideline.
B1 has an easy downfield look.
