swung to the side (#1) and then #2 runs strike

Step 3

Disc gets thrown to the person running strike

Step 4

#1 then comes to get the dump, and then next person in line comes to the middle

Step 5

disc is then swung to the middle again, and then #1 runs strike

Step 6

Disc then gets thrown to #1

Step 7

#3 goes and gets the dump and then #4 comes out to get the swing.
