Move to positions to prevent movements of typical cutting lanes (deep, under, inside break, around break)

Offence will attempt to move to find space, all should be covered as above (the overhead break and open dump will become main options)

Step 4

Defence can allow the push of the disc to the line, this is where defence wants it and can remove more options. The open lane defender will protect the line cut option so the dump defender

Step 5

This reverts to something similar to a defensive zone look, it requires the open lane defenders to be very weary of players coming into that space, the deep just keeps switching as do the poaches on the mid, cross field, inside field.
