    basic middle set up for 2-4-1 zone offense. this set looks to drive the disc through the middle with patience from the handlers, and high tempo from the poppers and spreaders when it gets past the cup

  2. Step 2

    poppers and spreaders do normal zone o stuff for the first few seconds of the stall, looking to get open. as long as they are able to, normal ho stack zone o rules apply. if they are not, the reset handler activates

  3. Step 3

    the reset handler cuts forward from behind the disc. we call this a chisel cut, or chiseling. it gets the cup off balance, and gives the thrower a little time to get a throw past the cup before they are able to reset without pushing the disc to the sideline

    in this case, the reset handler was able to hit blue 5

    who was able to continue to the spreader and force the defender on that side to choose to guard the give and go, or the deepest coming across.
