Starting with a vert stack formation, the most important thing is to take the first option. However assuming that isn't on...
The handler cuts up the line, while the front of the stack comes back for the centring pass.
If both options are covered, the handler (2) can cut flat back across the field allowing the front of stack (3) to come up the line.
If that isn't on then get rid of it, it's a miracle you haven't been stalled out yet.
This structure will remain in place in a 34. The first thing here is that the cutter in front of the disc (4) needs to get out of the way. From there it is familiar - the third handler maintains width.
The second cutter is the one who's coming back.
And the same if those first options are not there.
The third handler is a bailout option on a high stall if needed, but is maintaining width ready to provide a swing option for the player that catches the pass off the sideline.
