  1. Step 1

    This is a basic drill designed to show an appropriate in cut and to practice throwing to open spaces. The disc starts inbetween any two lines, and can move either clockwise or counter clockwise in order to incorportate both backhand and forehand throws.

  2. Step 2

    We will start moving clockwise. The first player in the far-side line ON THE CLOCKWISE SIDE makes and outwards movement to simulate a defensive setup, then cuts back in towards the open space between the lines.

  3. Step 3

    Depending on skill level, do your best to throw the disc with the appropriate curve so that the disc moves INTO the receiever.

  4. Step 4

    The process is repeated for the next line in the clockwise direction.

    The thrower should clear to the line IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THE ONE THEY THREW TOO!!!!

  11. Step 11

    Repeat as many times as necessary before switching directions. Keep up the team communication so that everyone is encouraged and knows where to move next. This drill requires attention from everyone in order to function fully.
