Trap- The open side winger must become the other side of the trap. The Short stop will become the primary forcer (you want either the disk to get throw over you where the middie can make a play or they have to fly a disk high to their leap handler. Rabbit is man marking the close handler.

Switch (note that you can have the deep push into the stack and have the winger push up to make a play on the disc.
