Step 1

1 force stright up, slightly thowards 2. 2 taking away a passing lane and half covering his offender, we want the swing pass.

Step 2

When the disc goes we do a roll switch. 1 and 2 switch who they are covering. The disc is now on the side, so the forice is hard force sideline.

Step 3

The handler defender plays extremely hard deny defence. player 3 dose not get the disc if we can help it. Red 1 and 10 are trying to trapp on the sideline.

Step 4

even if the dump goes beind we follow and deny the disc as hard as we can.

Step 5

the hard deny may leed to us beeing late for the cut and run pass up the line. if this pass comes we hope/need 2, or another defender to help out from the stack/feild

Step 6

Here we can even do a switch for red 2 and 10 if they see it as usefull.

Step 7

We can allow the short pass sideways, depending on the stallcount. The more to the side the disc gets the better.

Step 8

And again we can do a roll switch if this is usefull/on the give and go.
