The person with the disc resets the disc to a handler. As the handler is running to get the disc they are calling the person back and the person on (Iso). Everyone else is clearing on the break side so they do not clog the lane for the end zone. For this scenario as 2 approached they called 3 on and 4 back.
The first look is to the Iso. They set slightly on the open side to give the thrower and easier inside break throw. 3 jabs to the open side to see if the defense (7) is bad and will let them run by. After the jab step they run horizontally to the break side looking for either the inside break throw or the around floaty throw.
If the throw isn't there, as the handler is turning towards the reset, the Iso should be going back to the middle of the field (7 yards away slightly on the open side).
If the Iso throw isn't available the person with the disc is looking towards the reset to keep the play moving. After squaring their shoulders to the reset, the thrower is expecting two different cuts. The green cut and the toughest. At this point the Iso should be set up in the middle and ready for the continuation off the green cut. The first cut shown is the green cut.
The first look after the green cut is to look for the around throw (In this scenario the defender casted the net stopping the around throw from going off). Since the handler threw towards the break side they must now go back 7 and 7 (back and 45) from the disc and be ready for the current handler to engage them with their shoulders and hips. Again, since the throw wasn't made to the Iso they must reset to their place about 7 yards from the disc and slightly on the open side.
The disc in now thrown showing what will happen if the toughest throw is made. Since the handler threw the disc towards the open side they must now do a strike cut to the open side.
If this throw can't be made, the Iso should come back towards the break side to keep the disc moving. If the throw was made then the previous handler would again follow with a strike cut.
The handler becomes the reset since they threw break side and the new Iso was the previous handler that went strike. This order keeps happening until either the offense scores or the defense converts a D. Next set will show what happens if the disc is on the sideline.
