Rondo drill- 4 on offense set up in a square and don't cut. They don't need to totally plant their feet, but throws should be to a person, not space. 2 on defense can play in any way they want to that is legal in normal frisbee
4 completions around the perimeter is 1 point. It doesn't have to go to every player, 4 in a row is enough.
one completion through the middle is 1 point.
start by playing to 3 or 5 depending on how long it takes you, then switch out defenders for two new players.
Play continues until a turn or the stopping score is reached. A turn doesn't change defense, someone will just need to go get the disc
