Step 2

The defense has flashed into the lane on the wheel, successfully blocking the lane to the break side. To do so, they have flashed off the handler into the lane. The previous handler (Blue 1), is reseting to the open side. Since the defensive mark is flashed in the break side lane, the disc is reset to the open side, opening the lane for a strike cut.

Step 3

After giving the disc to the reset, the handler (Blue 2) strikes up the line for yards. The back of the stack recognizes the open side reset and does not cut from the back of the stack, keeping the lane open.
