We start the play at Stall 3. Two cuts for the Vert Stack have already come and failed. A large part of why they failed is due to the Reset Defender (Red 2) poaching the lane. This leaves the reset open for a wheel - our play. To activate the wheel, the handler will look away from the stack to the reset, activating the wheel. When the handler looks off the stack, cuts stop coming from the back as the handler is no longer looking there.
The wheel has been activated, and as a result the reset "wheels" around the handler - getting the disc on the break side. While the wheel is being ran, the back of stack sees the play and sets up an under cut to the break side.
As the disc is thrown to the reset, the continuation cut comes down the break side for the continuation throw. The lane is open and the throw is thrown. Note how the original handler (Blue 1) drops to become the reset on the open side.
