Step 1

Red (offense) sets up in ho stack

Step 2

#5 cuts in on the force side. #6 cuts deep at an angle (typically)

Step 3

If #5 gets looked off, they will clear all the way breakside to the sideline.

Step 4

#6 will cut in as that is happening (Notice all the space that is available for them now)

Step 5

#7 then makes a deep cut to make room for #5 coming over

Step 6

If #6 gets thrown the disc....

Step 7

Then #7 can come in and have another quick upfield throw

Step 8

#5 will then make that deep cut, and can get thrown to deep or for another in cut and so on. after throwing the disc #6 then can clear out breakside.
