Set up as indicated.
Offense (red) will attack cone 2 while Defense (blue) maintains a square hip and back steps.
Offense's goal is to make cuts to both cone 4 and cone 3. The order doesn't matter
In this case, offense cuts to cone 3 first. Defense is to follow.
Cones are setup to give an indication to defense as to when offense will change direction. Pay attention to the hips.
Offense will complete the drill by cutting to the last cone (in this case, cone 4).
Remove cones and run drill again.
