The mark/chase puts on a normal mark, no breaks. The cup is a straight wall in front of the disc. This zone is weakest when the disc is centred, the mark has to be really aggressive and tight. The whole shouldn't let anything through. The distance between the cup and the disc is very important. Too close and the over the cup shots are easy, too far and hucks can go out easily.
Once on the sideline the cup traps.
