    Triangle D v2. Interchange with the other, both are good, but this one does have a cleaner rotation and gets people throwing. Can transition to it from triangle cutting

    two cones extend in a straight line beyond the thrower. defense (red) works to always stay on the correct side

    offense doesn't need to go right to the cones. keep the defense honest

    should be a large enough triangle that people can get to full speed. At least10 yards between cones

    cones 18-20 show the same thing on the other side. run both at the same time. Rotation is throw then go. Mark becomes offensive cutter, thrower becomes defender. Switch sides each time
