Step 1

initial set up. one out with disc near center, rest in stack on the field. Front of the stack should be a few yards behind the front line of the end zone

Step 2

all cuts will come from the front. all will clear to the back

Step 3

start with a fill from the front. pump fake every cutter you don't throw to to indicate you want the cutter to clear

Step 4

the fill will be thrown. the new front will cut for the swing, then clear to the back

Step 5

the person who threw the fill will cut up line after the swing cut begins clearing. the new front of the stack will come under for the fill

Step 6

swing cut to the other side

Step 7

followed by a strike from the person who threw the fill

continue for a while
