Step by step 8 steps
  1. Step 1

basic ho stack end zone set. we always want the disc in the middle third. if it isn't there, the first look should be to get it there. to get it there is just normal handler reset in ho. the two cutters closest to the sideline back all the way to the back cones to give as much space as possible to the two active cutters. the two handlers are both behind the disc to discourage their defenders playing off them

  2. Step 2

whichever cutter starts on the force side cuts across the the break, looking for the inside. whichever cutter is set up on the break side goes out to set up an under cut. if the out is not covered well, it can be thrown to. the cutters set up so near the front of the end zone to give that throw room

  3. Step 3

the cutter that went out comes underneath to the now empty force side, while the cutter that came to the break side cuts out

  4. Step 4

the cutter on the force side clears break, and the cutter who just went out comes under. if (4) is not open, it's time to look for your reset. Either (2) or (3) is fine. whichever cut the one looked at makes, the other should make the opposite

  5. Step 5

the reset was thrown to (3) in this case, but may not always be

  6. Step 6

the two on the back cones are inactive as long as their defenders are guarding them. in this case, (6)'s defender has begun to poach. to counter this, (6) should cut directly to the front cone on the same side, calling for the disc

  7. Step 7

(6), uncovered, is able to score at the front cone in this case. the two cutters in the middle will get the disc more often since they are more active, but not always
