  3. Step 3

The defensive team form a man-on-man protective strategy, allowing the blue team to take advantage of empty space. This chosen person-to-person tactic keeps cutters close to the disc, and opens the rest of the field to blue's liking, encouraging short, ambitious passes, and long, deep throws to make astonishing distance down field.

  4. Step 4

The disc continues to be thrown towards the end zone, making progressive distance through the engagement of back hand and forehand throws. Blue players four and three maintain dominance over their blue team's own end zone in the case of a turnover, or the unlikely need to pass back to generate cuts and a greater playing field.

  5. Step 5

By maintaining their Blue Stack, the Red Team struggles to contain the movement of passes, as can be observed as the disk makes progressive distance towards the goal area. This 'Ho-Stack' is maintained through communication and singling, but in-fact serves as a distraction for the Blue-Team's Number Seven, the 'Pocket-Rocket', to gain speed over his trailing player, and steadily position himself in the designed area for a goal.

  6. Step 6

By all members of the blue team gaining speed over their defensive partners, passes become quick, and flow fast in order to maintain such a competitive advantage, with instant, get informed split-decisions for throws. This, with considerable training as to how to throw and keep running, but not be called for travelling with the disc, considerably adjusts the gameplay, and removes all hesitation.

  7. Step 7

The disc is thrown into the end zone by player number 1, and team player number seven sprints to receive the disc, which has been thrown in the tactical way to remain in the air for as long as possible. Because of Seven's agility, his red opponent does not realise their strategy and losses considerable distance he needed to intercept any form of goal.

  8. Step 8

Player seven catches the disc with two hands, and jumps high to ensure it is not missed, the red teams' players realise the strategy, and know they must increase their performance and reflexes in order to win.
