Step 1

Let's assume this is our starting setup - after a point is scored against us.

Step 2

When play starts, P3 cuts directly toward P1 with the disc. At the same time, P2 makes a short cut in. P4 can provide another option - mid-field.

Step 3

As we talked about last game, when P3 gets the disc there are several options, P1 can cut up the line to get an easy pass, P2 strikes deep and P4 can be a mid option.

Step 4

At this point, P3 throws a deep strike, but P1 and P4 provide options if P2 is covered.
