Vert stack setup
1 stays static but ready for the German, 3 cuts in on the open side. 2 cuts straight deep, prepared to cut in on a follow-up.
Scenario 1: German is thrown to player 1.
2 follows up on the first throw to 1 but cutting on the break side, and 1 looks, ready to to throw up to 2. Because of the German, 1 has a small window of time to throw before the mark is ready.
3 has an opportunity to follow up from their position.
Scenario 2: From the vert stack the disc is thrown to 3 on the in-cut.
2 again reacts to throw by making a cut on the open side as a follow-up, and 3 looks up-field for that throw to 2.
1 is in the best position to follow up with a cut up-field, and potentially score a point.
