Step 1

Get players to line up on two sides of the field. Designate a throwing space (left or right of the field). Cutters are to cut into the designated area and handlers are to throw the open throws.

Step 2

Designated disc space for the demo is on the right. Blue 1 is the handler, making Red 1 the first cutter. Red 1 will fake a deep cut and go hard under.

Step 3

Designated disc space for the demo is on the right. Blue 1 is the handler, making Red 1 the first cutter. Red 1 will fake a deep cut and go hard under.

Step 4

The moment the disc is released from Blue 1, they make a similar cut mirrored on their side of the field.

Step 5

The moment the disc is released from Blue 1, they make a similar cut mirrored on their side of the field.

Step 6

Red 1 will now clear to the opposite side and Red 2 will repeat steps 2-3

Step 7

Red 1 will now clear to the opposite side and Red 2 will repeat steps 2-3

Step 8

Repeat all steps until satisfied
