Step 1

Set up as indicated.

Step 2

The circle is comprised of throwers (offense) and in the middle are the defensive players

Step 3

The defensive players can set up however they want to (suggested to at least have a 2-person cup)

Step 4

Offense attempted to pass the disc to anyone that's a part of the circle

Step 5

If a pass is incomplete due to the thrower, that person makes a lap around the circle.
