defender not marking is playing "center field" preventing the diagonal throw across. Defense gets 1 point by getting a D. First team to 3 points wins.

Blue defender #1 will mark red offense #2 and #4

A throw to the open side is worth no points to the offense

Step 7

A throw to the break side is worth 1/2 point to the offense
