Step 1

Three players will set up as is.

Step 2

This current set up is for backhand throws. The middle player will be making cuts.

Step 3

The middle player will make a cut to the backhand-side of the player holding the disc.

Step 4

The player with the disc will throw a backhand to the middle cutter

Step 5

The middle cutter will need to catch the disc, IMMEDIATELY throw a BACKHAND to the other player, and start cutting towards the other side.

Step 6

Continue cutting.

Step 7

The player with the disc will throw a backhand to the middle cutter on the other side now.

Step 8

The middle cutter will need to again catch the disc, IMMEDIATELY throw a BACKhand to the other player, and start cutting back towards the other side.

Step 9

Repeat.

Step 10

Repeat.

Step 11

Repeat.

Step 12

Do this for a total of 10 cuts. Do the same thing with the flick side.
