Endzone set up should be as shown.
If the mark on the handler is covering more of the breakside/around, the ISO (Player 2) needs to recognize that.
If that's the case, the handler (Player 1) can hit an inside flick to the breakside to player 2. Communication is key.
If the mark on the handler is covering more of the inside, the ISO (player 2) needs to recognize that.
The ISO needs to make a hard cut to the breakside for the around.
The defender should have a difficult time catching up.
If the mark is good on the handler and the mark on the ISO is covering the open side, the ISO should stay put for a different opportunity.
The next best step is for the handler with the disc to look back at the dump and initiate a dump pass.
The ISO should be paying attention at all times. If the dump pass is successful, the ISO needs to immediately make a hard cut to the breakside once the dump pass is initiated.
This allows for an easy breakside pass up-field.
REMEMBER. "TUF GUF" and "TAD BAD." Since player 3 threw up-field the idea is now for him to also go up-field.
Since player 1 threw a dump, the idea is now for him to be the dump.
Player 3 is making a cut up-field to try and get the disc.
If Player 3 does not get the disc, they need to make a seven cut and either catch the disc...
Or become the new ISO. Player 2 now has the disc, Player 1 is the dump, and Player 3 is the ISO.
Back at the set up, if the mark on Player 3 is stopping dumps, the handler should recognize that and act accordingly.
This allows for an easy swing/up-field pass to Player 3.
The ISO needs to recognize that an up-field pass has initiated between the two handlers and start falling back to become the new dump.
"TUF GUF"
Player 3 can either hit Player 1 for a score...
Or if it isn't open, Player 1 makes a seven to become the new ISO.
There should always be the player with the disc, an ISO, and a dump.
There are plenty of different ways to attack the endzone and it all depends on where the defenders are positioned. Communicate with your teammates to score efficiently.
