If the cutter at the back of the stack sees the reset handler (blue 1) getting open upline, he should begin setting up a shallow deep-cut by timing their in-portion so that they are turning around to go deep when blue 1 gets the disc.
Reset handler gets open upline and cutter at the back of the stack makes the in-portion of his deep cut
When the handler gets the disc, the cutter should turn around and sprint deep because blue 1 has power position (his momentum upfield allows him to throw further upfield). The deep cut should be slightly to the break side to open up a larger hucking window for the thrower.
Resetting player positions -- ignore movement
If the cutter at the back of the stack sees the disc swung to the reset handler, he should begin setting up an in-cut to the break side by timing their out portion so that they are turning around to come under when blue 1 gets the disc.
Disc gets swung to the reset handler and cutter at the back of the stack makes the out-portion of his in-cut to the break side.
When the handler gets the disc, the cutter should turn around and come under towards the disc to receive the disc on a break-side under.
