Stack with O and D players aligns on the field, with one O(4) and D(4) player set up for dump swing play
First O (1) player in stack goes for a disc (not part of a drill yet, just a game-like situation sim)
(4) goes for a dump
In game D(4) should respect possibility of O(4) striking deep or going upline. If O(4) can beat D(4) upline there's no discussion taking that option, otherwise we should always have relatively easy dump option
Thrower (1) immediately protect his position by going up field and to the open side. This is the part where the focus of the drill is. Taking advantage of being active player having D(1) player in favorable position
While keeping D(1) on the "outside" O(1) cuts back for a disc getting into power position
O(4) and D(4) immediately returning to the stack while stack is adjusting it's position while O(2) rotate to the initial position
O(1) to O(2) is just a reset pass, again not part of the drill, This completes one cycle of the drill
