Middle Cutters make identical cut to make poach choose. 7 goes deep to clear space, 3 provides the dump behind handler.

Step 2

mid cutter goes breakside for quick hit, deep cutter comes back, 6 makes deep cut

Step 3

Cutter hits either 7 or 4 on the in bread side in cut, or 6 making the deep cut, handles are available for a reset
