Step 1

Line up in four lines, all players can be mixed together (there is no D). First handler to start with the disc is in the middle line (4).

Step 2

First cutter (2) runs deep to set up an IN-cut.

Step 3

(2) cuts in, (1) passes to (2). Next cutters (3) and (4) get ready to move up-field for continuation.

Step 4

(2) makes a flip pass to (3). The last cutter (4) gets ready to strike deep. (1) goes to the back of the next line to the left.

Step 5

The last cutter (4) strikes deep. (3) throws the huck into the open space for 1 to run onto.

Step 6

(4) catches the disc, and then runs the disc back in, everyone resets.

Step 7

(4) runs the disc back in staying clear of the field. Everyone else resets back into the lines to start the next pass up.
