Step 1

When we are on the trap sideline, we want to swing the disc quickly, basically after a single look upfield.

Step 2

In one motion, we want to go from facing upfield to pivoting directly back, and throwing an around throw. This is the first look, and its thrower initiated. Here it's #2's responsibility to always be ready for that throw.

Step 3

If we get this throw off, great. We can continue to swing to the break side, or work from the middle.

Step 4

What if we don't get the around throw....

Step 5

A handler fake initiates the upline cut. Hit that if it's open, and then the person who was just handling will drift into the middle handler position. If not...
