Blue players are on defense Red players are on offense. Players 3 and 2 run once around the triangle of cones at 70% so the defender can get used to positioning and then the offense can go where ever

Player 3 protects the open under

Player 3 steps to the inside of player 2 forcing them wide

Step 4

Player 3 then lets player 2 pass them to continue to protect the open side not over committing to the break

Step 5

Player 2 is then free to move where ever on the pitch
