  1. Step 1

    Tokyo can be called by the disc handler (1) or the dump handler (2) when the disc moves to the sideline. We set up in a diagonally with the dump handler separate from the rest of the stack as shown.

  3. Step 3

    Cut for the swing. This will depend on the force and what the thrower is comfortable with throwing.

    If the dump gets the swing, 7 (or whoever isn't being poached) should cut directly under for the disc

    If the dump gets it up the line we can either cut deep or set it up again.

    In the case that we swing the disc and get it to 7, we go back into normal 2-5 (as shown in the next three steps. Pay attention to where everyone goes. The short fill here is essential in organising everyone.
