-Mark is straight up -Off handler defenders are pinching into the lanes -Downfield defenders playing under about an arm length apart (still need to be close enough to challenge a floaty deep huck)
-When the disc moves to the sideline, mark is force middle -Dump defender poaches in the lane for 2-3 stalls, then back tight on the dump
-Downfield defenders must communicate who is staying deep! (I think that If defender 7 goes deep with their man, they stay deep. And 4,5,and 6 stay under FOR THE REST OF THAT POINT.
-If the disc swings back to the middle, the force is straight up and the dump defenders go back to sitting in the lane
-Downfield defenders 4, 5, and 6 are covering the unders. 7 is staying deep
-If the disc swings to the other sideline, same thing. Force middle, dump defender sits in the lane for 2-3 stalls, then back tight on the dump .
Enter step description...
-Downfield defenders need to communicate when someone is coming in, who is picking them up, when someone needs to drop back, ect.
